“This was my first time using a pet sitter and Rover for our adopted dog. Victoria was great with communicating before our scheduled reservation, and happily accommodated my requests. She is very knowledgeable about pets and their needs. She is very dedicated to what she does, responsible and responsive. During our dog’s stay, she stayed in constant communication to provide updates and sent pictures. Victoria was very flexible to our request to change pick-up time and juggled a pet-emergency for another dog in her care with calm and grace. Overall, I highly recommend Victoria for pet sitting, and will plan to use her services again if we go out of town!”
