“We recently traveled from our home in NC to Hyannis, MA with our senior female Shih-tzu, Bella. We were fortunate to bring her along with us, however, our Airbnb did not allow pets. Thank goodness for Rover and Jacqueline! We knew immediately from our communications with Jacqueline and her fantastic reviews that Bella would be in the best hands. We are grateful for the flexibility Jacqueline offered us with regard to our ever-changing itinerary, the warm welcome she and her family gave to Bella and the frequent updates and photos during her stay. The family even made sure to make Bella's 15th birthday a special day for her. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Jacqueline!”
