“Alicia and James absolutely exceeded our expectations in caring for our puppy! We were genuinely amazed by how our little one warmed up to James, especially since he has had a rough past with trust issues, particularly around men. It was heartwarming to see this progress. Throughout our time away, Alicia and James kept us updated with delightful pictures and thoughtful messages about our dog, which truly put our minds at ease. They also went above and beyond when our flight was delayed, demonstrating their flexibility and understanding. Finding reliable pet care can be challenging, but Alicia and James create a nurturing and safe environment for dogs, making them the perfect choice for pet owners. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely book their services again in the future!”

“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. Highly recommend! Thanks again Ellen for putting our minds at ease.”

“Amber was a rockstar. We are always nervous to leave our senior chiweenie with anyone new because he is very skiddish. He opened up to Amber, and her family was patient as he took more time to become comfy around them. She took him on nice walks and followed the scheduled to a tee. “Angie was wonderful with our one year old mini bernedoodle Reggie. This was only the second time he stayed in someone’s house and the first time with Angie ! She’s a happy, very positive person and gave Reggie lots of TLC while we were away. She also had to administer pills to him and she wasn’t bothered by that at all. We plan to use her services again in January 2026.”

She was so responsive sent several pictures of Bailey while we were gone and when we went to pick her up she had all of her stuff packed up and ready to go - she had even broken down her crate so we could just put it in the car.
