“Shanisa was so good to Casper during a very strange time for our family! This was a last minute booking in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, as we kept having to plan and replan how long we were going to stay away from our home in North Carolina, and with what family member. We had to extend, then shorten, and it all worked out in the end. Shanisa communicated well through the beginning of Casper's stay while they were figuring each other out, and then sent cute photos and updates throughout his stay. She took him to the dog park to run and socialize, which kept him happy. Casper was well-cared-for and relaxed when we finally came to get him and head home. I will definitely contact Shanisa again whenever we are in Wilmington!”
