“Jordyn was terrific: She was extremely responsive and flexible ahead of time, to coordinate on logistics etc. She was very easy-going about exact dropoff and pickup time. She was very communicative and made sure that I was okay with her setup and circumstances before booking. When I arrived, she gave me a little tour, and we introduced our Thor to her pups, and they got along great. Throughout the day, she sent lots of photos and a video, which was delightful. She even went through extra effort to get them into a Google Photos album, based on my request. Assuming she has availability, I will absolutely ask her to watch Thor again! She made my first experience with Rover amazing and delightful.”
