“Nicole has kept my boxer and Belgian shepherd 3-4 times now. The last time she kept them was during the weekend of Hurricane Matthew. We had been communicating over 2-3 weeks regarding an upcoming trip that would require going out of town with only 1-2 days notice. Nicole was very accommodating and also very empathetic to my situation. Her communications helped put me at ease during what was an otherwise very stressful situation. When I had concerns over leaving the dogs during the hurricane (even though it had mostly turned away at that point) and queried Nicole, I was impressed with all of the preparation Nicole had done to make sure her family and her charges would be taken care of. My dogs always seem happy when I drop them off which tells me a lot.”
