Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day! She was so responsive sent several pictures of Bailey while we were gone and when we went to pick her up she had all of her stuff packed up and ready to go - she had even broken down her crate so we could just put it in the car.
