They sent thoughtful morning and afternoon updates about energy, eating, and interactions, which gave us so much peace of mind. They’re also very responsive and quick to reply to any questions. They took the time to slowly introduce our dogs to theirs, making sure everyone was comfortable. We picked them up happy, relaxed, and tired which is exactly what we hope for.
