“Amber was very enthusiastic and accommodating even before we dropped off our little girl. This was our first experience with Rover and she and her family made it a great one! “Katie (and Ruth!) are amazing! Our shy girl had never been boarded before, and we hit the lottery with finding Katie. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly.
