“I boarded my Vizsla (Gunner) with Charles and Rachael over a four day span. This was the second time I’ve boarded my four year old dog. After the first boarding (not with Charles and Rachael), my dog was visibly anxious and distressed. He slept for almost two days after getting back. I could tell Gunner had a much better time. He was the same dog coming out of the service as he was going in. Gunner got a ton of walks and even went out to breakfast with Charles and Rachael. Rachael was excellent in handling all the daily ritual quirks of my dog. Communication and scheduled was absolutely easy. I would 100% recommend Charles and Rachael to anyone. And I will definitely rebook when it comes time.”
