“Xinyao is honestly one of the best. I was so nervous leaving my dog for the first time but she made the whole experience so easy and stress free. She sent photos and updates throughout the stay, my dog looked happy and comfortable the whole time, and I could actually enjoy my time away without constantly worrying. You can just TELL she genuinely loves animals it's not just a job for her, she really cares. My dog came home tired, happy, and well loved.”

She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her.
