“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

She sent me daily pictures and updates of Goose playing with her pups and having a fantastic time. Emily’s communication was fantastic and helped ease any anxiety I had about not being able to bring Goose with us on a road trip. I cannot say how thankful I am that Emily was able to watch and care for our dog on such a short notice and during the Thanksgiving week. “We have booked an overnight stay with Karl last year so we knew we wanted him to watch our bulldog while we went on vacation for about a week and a half. Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day! We had a couple flight changes but Karl worked with us which was a huge weight lifted. If I could give more stars I would 😀”
