“Radha and Bart were amazing with Otto - they were incredibly considerate and willing to make any accommodations needed to make Otto comfortable, even going so far as to rearrange their furniture. They kept me updated on a daily basis with pictures and status updates on how Otto was doing, and spent a lot of time during our initial meetup and then when I dropped Otto off making sure they understood everything he needed and that I was comfortable leaving him in their care.”
