She was incredibly communicative and personable throughout his stay, keeping me updated and sending plenty of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. One of the things I appreciated most was how active and engaged she was with him. She took Mick to the park every day, making sure he got plenty of exercise (even on rainy days), enrichment, and fun. It was clear from the photos and updates that he was happy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoying himself. McKenna went above and beyond to make sure Mick was well cared for, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
