“Lex is the best. We have used several sitters over the years and always have a great experience so that's what we expected. On this occasion Alexis showed us what it truly means to be an animal lover and a great sitter. Our Princess is older now and has an health issue which we discussed upfront. While we were away something happened not the fault of Alexis and she jumped on it right away and then called me. She went and got some things to take care of it and even wanted to know if she could get her to our vet but it was Saturday. She nurtured our Princess and took care of her until we returned. A few days later. Things don't always go as planned but when they didn't Alexis handled it with care and professionalism. Thank you so much and Princess will be back.”
