Emily was quick to respond when booking and was flexible with pick-up and drop off times. She sent lots of playful pictures and provided feedback throughout the 2 weeks that we were gone to include whether or not she was eating, letting us know that she was adjusting, and letting us know that she was doing well. These updates helped have ease of mind on vacation knowing that she was being well taken care of.
