“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather and the exceptional care she provided for Dexter. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. Heather was kind, caring, attentive, and incredibly loving throughout the entire experience. She kept us updated, gave Dexter plenty of attention and affection, and made sure all of his needs were met. Knowing that Dexter was in such capable and compassionate hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. When we picked Dexter up, it was obvious he had been well cared for, happy, and comfortable. Heather goes above and beyond, and her dedication to the pets she cares for truly shows. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and loving pet sitter. “This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”
