“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyle and Max! They took amazing care of our golden retriever, Harry, for five days and treated him like he was part of their family. From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. Kyle and Max kept Harry entertained, active, and happy with plenty of adventures, playtime, and attention. The photos and updates they sent gave us so much peace of mind and made it clear just how much love and care they were giving him. Harry came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious that they took the time to get to know his personality and made sure he felt comfortable and loved while we were away. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own, we highly recommend Kyle and Max. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for Harry and would not hesitate to book with them again! Thank you both for giving Harry such a fun-filled and loving home away from home! “This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”
