“Amber was very enthusiastic and accommodating even before we dropped off our little girl. This was our first experience with Rover and she and her family made it a great one! She showed us around her home, where our pup would be playing outside, and made us feel right at ease! “I could not have asked for a better dog sitting experience. I have an older dog and I was very selective about who I left him with on my first vacation away from him. Ellen sent me regular updates and pictures so I could see how he was doing. Her communication was excellent. She accommodated my drop off and pick up times. When she had a request to keep another dog for a couple of days in the middle of my dog’s stay, she contacted me to ask if that would be alright. It seems my dog was very comfortable with her at her place, and I am very grateful for that.”
