“We had an amazing experience with Katie watching our dog Tucker while we were out of town for Memorial Day. From the very beginning, Katie was super responsive, making sure we felt comfortable and updated throughout our trip. She sent us so many adorable pictures of Tucker having a blast — he clearly felt right at home and even made a bunch of new dog friends! Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day! We had a couple flight changes but Karl worked with us which was a huge weight lifted. If I could give more stars I would 😀”
