“This was our first time ever boarding our 17 month old Shih Tzu. And we had to leave him in the cone of shame for a sore he wouldn’t stop licking. I was uneasy to say the least. But our little guy liked Evelyn from the start. She has a calm, easy going demeanor that he liked instantly. She sent me photos and updates regularly especially since I was nervous about the sore on his skin. His stay went off without a hitch. We will definitely be using Evelyn again.
