About: I’ve raised my mini Australian Shepherd since he was eight weeks old—training, socializing, and caring for him through every stage, from puppy zoomies to adult adventures, with lots of exercise, structure, and love. Dogs are a huge part of my life, so being able to care for them while I pursue my masters degree is like a dream come true! After being discharged from the U.S Army, I decided to get a puppy for the companionship and unconditional love they provide. The sheer impact he has on my life opened up my eyes to how important dogs are for your mental health and well-being. My dog is a huge part of my life and I ensure he is safe and healthy each and everyday. As a dog owner, I make sure my fur son goes to the vet every 6 months for a routine check up and I make him homemade dog food and treats so I know what he is eating on a daily basis.
