“Recently while going out of town, I had Claire watch my pug, Brittany, for the weekend. Claire has been a long time friend of mine, so naturally I felt comfortable leaving Britt in her care because I knew she would be in safe, loving hands. Brittany is not a very difficult dog, although she does require some medications administered daily for eye issues. This can be a bit of a squeamish process, and involves actually touching Britt’s eyeball, which Claire did without hesitation. While Claire did not spend the night in our home, we did leave her a spare key, which she used for Brittany’s evening & morning walks and feeding times. She also stopped by a couple times throughout the day when she was in the area in order to let Britt out to use the bathroom. Additionally Claire was quick to respond to questions over text while I was away, which provided me with a peace of mind, and even sent a few unprompted photos of Brittany and herself on their daily outings. I cannot recommend Claire enough as a sitter, and know she will be respectful of your animal, as well as your home. I will not be asking anyone else before Claire to watch my dog the next time I am out of town.”
