“We are new to Rover and I admit that I was a bit anxious, as it was our first in home boarding, which we ended up booking last minute on a holiday weekend. However, Nina was professional and more than happy to help us work through everything. We were extremely pleased with the daily communication, pics, and videos she sent of our pup. Our pup remained on his daily schedule and routine which kept him and our whole famiy happy. We will definitely love to use Nina again in the future.”
