From the start, Amber was incredibly responsive and flexible. She quickly agreed to a meet and greet, but when bad weather made that difficult, she was happy to do a video call instead, which I really appreciated. I have two Boston Terriers, one is a playful one-and-a-half-year-old, and the other is seven with some health issues. I explained everything to Amber, and she was not only understanding but very willing to accommodate my older pup's needs. She followed my instructions carefully and was genuinely caring with both dogs.
