“As most pet parents can relate, I was very apprehensive about leaving my furbaby, Bentley, with someone new while we were out of town. However, after a meet-and-greet with Nicole and her husband about a week before, I felt completely at ease. They were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. I got to see exactly where Bentley would be staying and meet their two sweet dogs—everything was clean, organized, and their fenced-in backyard was a big plus. Bentley usually gets along with other dogs, and he had no issues at all with theirs. Throughout his stay, Nicole sent me daily updates and plenty of photos (often more than once a day), which really reassured me and showed how content and well-cared-for he was. When I picked Bentley up, he was happy, relaxed, and didn’t experience any of the stress or stomach issues he’s had in the past after staying at boarding facilities. Nicole truly treated him like one of her own, and I couldn't be more grateful. I would absolutely use Nicole again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and responsible dog sitter.
