She is professional and thorough as she recommended me adding her as an temp authorized contact with the vet should anything happen while we were out of the country for a week. Her family in the home were very participative which was super helpful for my fur-baby that loves kids and families. She was also super flexible and was willing to extend her services in the event that are return flight was delayed.
