“We booked our pups stay for 5 nights with Samantha at the last minute when our original plans fell through. She was prompt with all communications, particularly when we messaged to check in on Toby. She sent several pictures and updates over the course of the stay- cute little videos of him playing with their puppy. She shared her concerns with us when Toby didn't eat well the first couple days, but let us know when his appetite returned. :) The night we picked Toby up we had a flight delay, and they were so kind and accommodating with the change in our plans.
