“Dylan was awesome - definitely recommend!! My fiancée & I went away for the Thanksgiving holiday and had Dylan looked after our 1 year old pup for 10 days. Here’s a few reasons we enjoyed the experience: 1. When initially looking to book with Dylan, he asked if our dog was friendly with other dogs and stated that he would have another dog staying with him. Fortunately, our dog is very friendly with others, but I appreciated him asking that question. He clearly is focused on the safety of the dogs he’s taking care of. 2. He allowed us to do an at-home visit a few days prior to dropping him off. Our dog can get a little anxious when he’s out of his routine, so this definitely helped him feel more comfortable when we eventually did drop him off. 3. Dylan sent over pics/videos almost every day! 4. Quick to communicate with us whenever we had questions or just wanted to check-in. Overall, super positive experience.
