He had a behavior issue early on which she handled calmly and smoothly, with great professionalism. I usually leave my dog with family and was nervous to leave him with someone new for a few days. I so appreciate the great service Lena provided, leading up to and including his stay with her. She was a pleasure to work with and I'm pretty sure my pup had a good time.
