“The thought of leaving our dogs in someone else's care was a little nerve-wracking at first, but our experience with Joy & Matthew was nothing short of exceptional. We had a meet and greet in their home to make sure they were equipped to keep our dogs safe and feel them out and we immediately felt comfortable. The yard is fenced off in multiple places, it was exceptionally clean and controlled. Right away we knew caring for dogs properly was important to them. From the moment we dropped off Maya and Truffles, we knew they were in good hands. Joy and Matthew went above and beyond to ensure our dogs felt loved, comfortable, and entertained. We received regular updates and photos, which reassured us that our pups were having a blast. It was evident that they treated our dogs as if they were their own, providing the utmost care and attention. We returned to happy and healthy babies which speaks volumes about the quality of care they received. “Tracy was amazing with our dog, Kaapi! We dropped Kaapi off for the first time with Tracy for about 5 hours on a weekday. Tracy found a way to snuggle up and make a fairly skittish dog feel comfortable. She sent us pictures, kept us updated and also accommodated a 11pm pick up. For someone who doesn’t leave their dog with a sitter, I felt so comfortable with Tracy watching Kaapi. “Thida took care of my dog Maggie while we were away out of state. I needed a sitter last minute and Thida jumped right in, and was extremely flexible and understanding. Maggie got sick the day before staying with Thida and was placed on a couple meds. Thida did an amazing job giving Maggie her medications, and even brought her to the beach! She gave us many updates and pictures which we loved! I was so relieved to know my Maggie was in great hands. Would highly recommend Thida to anyone who wants an attentive and caring sitter.
