Om: We’re Stacey and Sam and we've recently moved to Lund. Originally from Australia, pets have always been a big part of our family and we've joined Rover as we really miss having pets to care for. We have 4 years of professional dog and pet sitting experience through Trusted Housesitters, where we’ve cared for pets in 12 different families, many of whom have welcomed us back multiple times (we've included references as images in our profile). We love building trust with both pets and their owners, and we’re committed to making every visit fun, safe, and stress-free. Sam works at Lund University and Stacey works part-time from home, which gives us plenty of time to devote to your pets. We love to go for walks throughout the day, play with your pets, and give them lots of love and attention. We make sure every pet feels loved and cared for throughout the day. Your pets’ safety and happiness are our top priority. We live in a spacious, pet-friendly apartment right in the heart of Lund, with plenty of toys, treats, and activities to keep them entertained. For dogs, we’re close to local parks and happy to take them for walks as often as needed. Our goal is to create a calm, loving, and fun environment so your pets feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away.

Om: I have a life long bond with animals of all kinds! I have been caring for pets since childhood, such as rescued cats, turtles, stray dogs, even parrots! I truly understand the patience, love and attention each animal needs. With a British Short Hair cat in my home country and experience pet sitting my boyfriend’s dog here in Sweden, I treat every pet like family! I am available to care for your beloved pet every day of the week, and even overnight if needed. I am loyal and consistent for long-term customers :) I make sure the pet has fresh food and water, regular walks or playtime, and lots of attention. I would always keep their space clean, stick to their own routine, and I always prioritise their safety and comfort!

Om: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind from my own home and friends’, to various shelters. My friends and colleagues have relied on me to house sit, walk, company their fluffy friends while they were away. I’ve also assisted two friends to bring up their first ever dogs from 2mo old, as well as numerous new-borns at shelters. I’m currently applying for doctoral studies so my schedule is very flexible! Message ahead of time is the best way for us to decide on a mutually suitable schedule. I currently live in a big collective, so unfortunately I cannot host your pets overnight. I can though for a few hours in day time.

Om: I've been taking care of pets since I was a kid. Most recent a cocker spaniel who spent all weekends with me when his mom was away for work. I have also done house-sitting for dogs and a cat. I started taking care of him when he was 2 till he was 5 and I moved to sweden. I am known as a 'dog -whisperer' in my previous office because all the dogs in office would want to hang out around my desk. I’m currently completing my thesis in Lund, so I’m available most days until June. After that, during the summer of 2026, you can expect me to be available any day. A little notice in advance helps me plan my schedule around my summer job. I can provide a comfortable environment and can walk,feed,wash,take for trekking etc. I have taken care of puppies and dogs and a cat through my life

Om: I’ve always enjoyed spending time with animals and getting to know their different personalities. Over the years, I’ve cared for cats, dogs, birds, chickens, pet mice, and even some unusual little companions like beetles, praying mantises, and silkworms. What I enjoy most is earning an animal’s trust. Some pets come running over for attention, while others prefer to watch from a distance before deciding whether you’re worth talking to. I’m happy with either. I don’t believe in forcing interaction, and I like letting animals set the pace. Friends often joke that animals seem to warm up to me surprisingly quickly. Personally, I think it’s because I’m patient enough to let them decide when they’re ready. I also have experience handling animals in a research setting, which taught me to be observant, gentle, and careful when following specific care instructions. While I’m not a veterinarian, I’m comfortable carrying out detailed care routines when owners or vets provide clear guidance. My goal is simple: to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’m a homebody, so I’m usually happy to spend quiet time with pets at home. At the same time, I also love walking, so I’m comfortable taking dogs out for regular walks and giving active pets some fresh air and movement. My schedule is flexible, and I can plan care around each pet’s normal routine. I live in a private room with a bathroom, so the indoor space is simple, calm, and easy to keep clean. I do not have a large apartment or fenced yard, but I live in Vildanden, where there is plenty of outdoor space for walks and exploring. There is also a dog playground nearby. For indoor care, I would keep the environment quiet, safe, and supervised. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully for feeding, walks, litter box cleaning, routines, and house rules. I also pay close attention to each pet’s mood and comfort level, especially with cats or shy pets.

Om: I have over 6 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of different sizes and temperaments. I am patient, observant, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs. I have experience with daily walks, feeding schedules, basic training reinforcement, and providing calm care for shy or anxious dogs. I always prioritize safety, consistency, and clear communication with owners, and I treat every dog with genuine care and respect. I’m currently finishing my master thesis online, so I have plenty of time for taking care of pets. Also my girlfriend will also help me take care of the lovely animals. My schedule is flexible and allows me to provide consistent supervision, regular walks, and attentive care throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I can adapt to different feeding times and activity needs. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment, whether caring for pets in my home or in the owner’s home. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medication, exercise, and routines. I always prioritize safety during walks and avoid crowded or stressful environments when needed. Clear communication and regular updates are important to me, so owners can feel confident and reassured while their pets are in my care.

Om: Learning Swedish while searching for a job, I have been dog-sitting in Lund for a while now. I have had experience taking care of dogs of all sizes, needs, and personalities. I work well with pups who are stubborn, cautious of people, or requires a lot of attention. Just like with humans, I try to build a trusting friendship with them so they feel good about hanging out with me. I also have experience taking care of females in heat. I’m currently studying Swedish while looking for jobs, so I have very flexible schedules and can walk/play with them as often and as long as they need. They are my top priority! I currently have no pets in my home, so if your friend is here for daycare, they will have all of the space to themselves. I will observe their emotions and needs at all times. They are allowed on furnitures in my home. For a drop in, I always update the owners when I enter and leave their home. After a session, I always write a recap of what happened during my care so that the owners can get a good understanding of how it went for their best friend!

Om: I am quite familiar with cat behavior, have ample experience interacting with unfamiliar cats, and am very patient with them. I am also very popular with dogs and get along well with dogs of different temperaments. I am not afraid of getting dirty or tired; taking care of pets makes me feel healing. I am not working full time right now and I’m seeking for job. I usually take SFI courses 3 times per week, so I have a lot of free time. I will also be available during the Christmas holidays. I am willing to take photos or videos to show how are the pets doing during my shift. I will also keep a reminder of every specific requirements I need to pay attention to. I am aware of what pets are not available to, and I will be responsible for their safety.
