She responded immediately and allowed me to bring the dogs before to meet them and make them feel comfortable before their stay. Once the day came she was supportive and helpful, listening to all of my requests or my explanations of how I medicate them for allergies or digestive issues. She treated them with love and care as if they were her grandkids, she would call them “children”…She sent me multiple pictures during our vacation and would tell me stories.
