Mercedes was wonderful. My dogs immediately wanted to be her friends. Communication was great and she responded quickly. She sent me daily photos and videos of my dogs. She stayed in my home to take care of my two Great Danes who can be a bit messy and challenging. She left my home clean and neat and even swept and mopped my floors. I would definitely recommend her to watch your pets. I am already booking her again for my next trip out of town.

Mercedes was absolutely amazing with our pups! She was always timely, gave them lots of love and attention and communicated with me the whole time we were gone. I highly recommend Mercedes and will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!

Mercedes was excellent with communication! From the minute I reached out to her, throughout the visit and following up after she was easy to reach. She is quick to answer any and all questions and wants to have all the information to make sure your fur baby is taken care of properly while you’re gone. She also leaves you with many photos and videos of your fur baby which is great when away. We ran into a behavior issue with my cat and she was solution oriented and worked with me to identify the source of the problem. I have booked with her multiple times and will continue to reach out.

Mercedes is great with our two dogs. She's very considerate, friendly and caring and gives them plenty of attention when she comes over. She's been very reliable for us every time we've needed a drop-in visit. I highly recommend Mercedes!
