Masami was great with my Havanese puppy, Rocky! The times that I have left him with her, I know he’s in great hands and well taken care of. I will definitely be booking again with Masami!

Masami is great, we are so glad we found her! Masami has watched our shih tzu Coco at least 3 times and now he gets excited when we turn onto her street. Masami is responsive, gives updates, she’s super sweet and keeps details on everything. We never worry about our pup when he’s in her care. Thanks Masami!

Masami was an absolutely wonderful sitter for our fur baby Charlie! Masami was kind, accommodating, and a great caretaker. She sent us multiple photos and videos throughout Charlie's stay, and showed Charlie playing with Masami's friendly pups and other new pup pals. It's been a while since we've seen Charlie play as much as she did in the videos of her stay, so we're glad we had the chance to leave her there. Would definitely recommend Masami to anyone looking for someone to care for their small fur babies.

Masami is a 10+! She is a competent, caring, kind, and loving sitter who treated our Shichon as if she were her very own. From the initial meet-n-greet and throughout our entire pup’s stay, we could not have asked for a better experience. She kept us updated with videos, photos, and messages which really helped to put us at ease. Masami is truly gifted and is a diamond in this “ruff-world” 😉. We will definitely be re-booking with her.

Daisy had a wonderful stay with Masami! This was our first time boarding her and we knew she would be nervous at a kennel around large dogs. Masami is the BEST! She is so sweet and caring! My dog Leo had an amazing time with her and her dogs! She was very attentive and made sure he had just as much attention and care that I give him and that is what was most comforting! I got lots of pictures and videos throughout his whole stay. She treated Leo as if he were her own and took him on nice walks and water play. It was like he was on a vacation! I will definitely reach out to Masami for availability next time I am in the area! If you are thinking about booking her...do it!

This was my 1st time using Rover and we had to leave our Jack Russell Chi Chi with Masami for a 5 days. Masami was awesome!!! She sent daily pictures and videos of chi chi. You could tell Chi Chi was having alot of fun with the water and hanging out in the back yard. Masai treated Chi Chi as if it was her own and spent time playing and walking with her. Thanks again for taking great care of our little girl and we look forward to future boardings. I would recommend Masami for boarding!!

Masami was so good with our Quincy boy. She was very thorough about gathering information and making sure she knew what Quincy likes and his habits. She treated him like a pet of her own, working with his anxiety being gone from home for the first time. She kept me updated with pictures and video of all the fun Q had, and Q came home tired and happy from a great sleepover with his new puppy and human friends. I highly recommend Masami. Masami!!! You have been such a jewel. We are so thankful we found you. When Venus is in your care we are never worried. It is just like she is at home. You really do treat her like she is your own fur baby. You send lots of pictures and videos to keep me abreast of her well being. OMG, I can not begin to say how awesome Masami was with our little Venus. She sent multiple pictures and videos throughout the day and night. Never once was I worried as Masami made sure my heart and mind was placed at ease through out the visit. We had such an incredible experience with Masami. She was so attentive and so caring with Yani during her stay. Yani had lots of playtime and playmates to keep her company and busy. She kept me up to date on Yani’s daily activities and provided lots of videos and pictures. We will definitely be using Masami again.
