Jennifer was amazing!! This was my first time booking with Rover and my experience couldn’t have gone any smoother! I was a little nervous just with leaving my puppy for the first time with someone other than family but once meeting Jennifer and hearing how she cares for her stays relieved any and all worry. She was great with sending updates and pictures/videos throughout my puppy’s stay and was super flexible with drop off/pick up times which was greatly appreciated! Jennifer has been AWESOME! I travel for work right now and she took my female Alaskan malamute in to watch for weeks and she has given me 2-3 updates every single day. Pictures, videos, even to tell me she washed my dog because she had fun with her dog in the mud lol. She has been very polite with any feedback, letting me know right away how suicune is doing if I ask. Jennifer is very polite and seems so excited to take care of dogs. I highly recommend her to anyone if you need someone to trust to watch your dog!
