Hannah was a life saver - she made what could have been a very stressful day the exact opposite. She dropped in twice to keep my dogs company while I spent the day at the office. Hannah left us lots of pictures of our 3 cats while we were away for a week. She was a good communicator and kept to the schedule of care that we set up for our cats 3 x's per day 8am, 5pm and 10pm. Hannah was also flexible and added drop ins that we requested to be able to stay a little longer on our trip. We came home to clean pet areas. No litter scatyered everywhere. My cats needed special care and Hannah was able to care for them.
