Megan is top notch when it comes to help with training as well! She stays familiar with the rules I have for my dog and makes sure my dog is following the same rules in her home. Since my dog has been taken care of by Megan, she has learned how to walk better on a leash, learned new tricks and also reacts better with other dogs. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about dogs. I work from home and have a pretty flexible work schedule so your dog will be able to go outside multiple times a day, or whenever it needs to! While I have a large, open yard, it is unfenced—so for everyone’s safety, all visiting dogs are supervised at all times and never left outside unattended. My own two dogs are crate trained, and I use crates or safe indoor spaces as needed to ensure a calm and secure environment for every pet in my care. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities!

About: I have cared for all kinds of animals since I was a child. I put only three years of experience because that’s when I turned 18. I have dealt with small dogs, big dogs, medium dogs, cats, and other kinds of furry and non-furry pets. I am here to give your four legged animals love and attention and their parents the support they need. I am currently working full-time 3 PM to 1 AM. I am always off Monday and Thursday and have a random third day off. That may seem like a tight schedule now but that is subject to change soon and I’m looking forward to meeting every one of your loved furry babies! I have a very large yard, although unfenced, but I do have two different leads hooked up outside. I do have a large size crate, if needed and wanted. My mom lives with us and she has two dogs, one big and old, one small and young who are both well-behaved and socialized for other dogs. We are also able to keep them away from your loved ones if preferred.

About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting since I was 15, and I worked as a veterinary assistant for 4 years. I have continued to educated myself on veterinary topics and have a love for all animals. I currently work from home 5 days a week from 8-4:30pm, so I can be at home with your pet all day long. My schedule is extremely flexible! I have former veterinary experience and plan to abide by safety rules of the owner. When walking, all dogs will be kept on a leash and will not leave them unattended outside of the home. I have experience administering medications and fluids.

While working remotely has its advantages and disadvantages, one of which covers both: pets at home surrounding you when working, a blessing and a curse. Fortunately, by Emily's willingness to watch my dogs for a doggie day care and play date with her dogs gave me the needed relief from them and the necessary exercise for them. It worked out perfectly! While following CDC's guideline of 6-feet apart, not entering her home, and neither of us ill, I feel the day was a great asset to my remaining sane through this challenging landscape we all find ourselves in. My job allows me to see various dog behaviors, and how to deal with animals when they are stressed or in distress. As an animal lover myself, I know how hard it is to leave your loved one behind while away. I am trustworthy, respectful, and responsible; with credible references. I am currently looking to sit/walk during my off-time which happens to be about 5 days out of the week. I would be available anytime: morning, noon, or night. I have a larger dog named Bear. His name speaks for itself! He is 100 pounds of pure love for anything he sees. Bear is special and will give your pet space if need be. His previous best friend was a 6 pound Chihuahua! I have a small backyard if need be, but usually I will walk around town with a bag for cleanup.
