More amazing is that I signed up for Mikaila to pick up Bert at my place at 8AM or so. BUT I fell asleep and all of Mikaila's phone calls, door bells, etc. didn't wake me. She hung in there until my daughter also came to wake me almost an hour later. Not once did Mikaila ever remonstrate over that serious dilemma for her. Mikail is a jewel. I heartedly recommend her but good luck finding her available as I intended to reengage her frequently. Thank you Mikaila”
