We got plenty of updates and videos. And when our family had a medical emergency during vacation, Jennifer and Morgan were more than willing to accommodate us however they could. Thank you!! We are so glad we have a place for Olaf to stay where he is happy!”

When travel circumstances changed, she was willing to meet me to pick up Soju to save me from missing my flight! Soju got lots of play and walk time, as he was pooped out when I finally got him home. “Rachel is amazing!!!! We have no friends and family where we live and had a last-minute need for a pet sitter. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to watch our dog Milo than Rachel. She was very warm and loving and our separation anxiety-ridden pup warmed right up to her and her two super sweet kids. She took care of our baby like he was her own and our dog had so much fun at her house. It was so nice to not have to worry once about if our dog was in good hands or not. We felt at ease before even dropping him off becasue of how responsive and caring Rachel was to us. Rachel was super accommodating to our schedule and our pets needs. She sent regular photos/updates so we knew how he was doing too. If you are considering Rachel to watch your pet, trust me, they are in good hands with Rachel and her loving family.”

It put my mind at ease knowing that she was medically trained to care for animals (a vet tech). Knowing she could recognize changes in his health and the frequent picture/text updates allowed me to enjoy my time away. We will be using her in the future for sure!”
