Over: I have grew up with 2 dachshunds as well as pet sat larger dogs throughout high school. I also took care of cats and have two of my own. I am currently on summer vacation meaning I have a very open schedule. I usually wake up fairly early so would be happy to do the morning, intermediate, and night routine for your pet. I am willing to come to your house to make sure that your pet feels at home and not overly stressed. I’m looking to make sure that they stay as happy as possible while you are away.

Over: I got my first dog when I was 11, and since then I’ve always loved spending time with animals. I’ve gained experience in training and caring for both young and senior dogs, and I regularly look after my own dogs when I return to Italy. I truly enjoy keeping dogs company and making sure they feel safe and happy when their owners are away. Recently, I hosted a friend’s dog in my apartment in Maastricht for two months. She was a rescue and initially very shy and scared of people, but with patience and care she gradually opened up to me. This experience taught me a lot about working with more sensitive and anxious dogs. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, genders, and temperaments, and I always adapt my approach to each dog’s individual needs. I can’t wait to meet your best friend and give them the care and attention they deserve! 🐾 I am a student, so outside of my classes i have plenty of time to spend with your best friend! I am available both on weekdays and weekdays, depending on my class schedule. I have a fenced backyard where your dog will be able to play. My dogs live in Italy so I don’t have pets here in Maastricht but i will be happy to play, walk and cuddle with your pet anytime!

Growing up with dogs and working with shelter animals taught me how to read animal body language, respect their boundaries, and provide the patient, reliable care they need to feel safe and happy. I started walking dogs for neighbours as a teenager, developing strong habits around outdoor safety, leash manners, and punctuality. Moreover, I worked directly with a variety of dog breeds, energy levels, and temperaments (from shy and timid to high-energy) when I volunteered at my local animal shelter. I gained practical experience caring for shelter cats, handling daily feeding, fresh water, litter box maintenance, gentle socialization, and recognizing when a cat needs quiet space versus affection. I am currently a Master's student at Maastricht University and. as such, I have a very flexible schedule. I am always available on weekends and on certain weekdays for walking dogs and i am available most days for house sitting. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. As a student, I have a highly flexible schedule that allows me to easily accommodate midday walks, specific feeding windows, and personalized routines. Whether your pup needs an energetic outdoor trek or your cat needs a calm drop-in visit with fresh food, I provide attentive, unhurried care. You will always receive timely photo and text updates after every booking so you know exactly how your pet is doing. I treat your home with total respect. Entry doors, gates, and windows are always double-checked and locked, and leashes/harnesses are securely fitted before stepping outside. I strictly follow your household rules, feeding portions, and medication guidelines to maintain your pet's normal routine and reduce stress. On walks, I keep dogs on a secure leash, avoid unpredictable interactions with unfamiliar animals, and stay mindful of weather conditions (like hot pavement). My background at the animal shelter taught me to spot subtle signs of stress, discomfort, or health changes early so I can communicate them to you immediately.

Over: I dealt with many type of animals and educated my poodle since I was little. I often look care of family and friend's pets when needed, educated them if young and took care of them when older. I have experience with dogs and cats, I horse ride as a hobby and I love to interact with every type of animal everywhere I go! I'm currently finishing my master in violin performance and I work as a freelancer, so I have a really flexible schedule with a lot of at-home time, almost every day of the week! I have a big room with no dangerous forniture for pets and I live next to the Sint Pieter green area, perfect for longer walks! I would adapt to the dog's age, character and habits in order to give her/him the best time!
