Over: Throughout my life I have had different types of pets, and I have always loved all the animals I have seen. I have experience in caring for dogs and cats, as I have always tried to rescue them from the streets and help them find a second chance in life whenever I could. At the moment I have a dog and two cats at my parents' house, but unfortunately I don't have any animals in the house where I currently live, as it is a student flat, so taking care of your furry friends would be very rewarding for me! I am currently a university student, although this is not a problem to be able to take care of their animals since I only have class 4 days a week for 2 hours, so the rest of the time I can spend it busy taking care of their animals. I would adapt to what you tell me about the care of your pet, in addition to the rules of your house if it is a home service.

Over: I have owned dogs for as long as I can remember (16+ years). I have experience with owning an American Staffie and two Yorkshire Terriers, who have had several puppy litters. Growing up, my friends and I had animals of all sorts: dogs, cats, birds, hedgehog, fish etc I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, ranging from a teacup pup all the way to an Irish Wolfhound! Since moving to NL, my previous neighbour entrusted me to care for her dog. That included walks, being fed, entertainment (for both of us), being led back into her cage etc I have also been paid to look after an anxious dog with a traumatic history. I try to avoid this considering the dog’s behaviour may be unpredictable - but in my experience, he was a sweetheart! I am applying for a job in this app because I have always had a love for animals. Studying abroad in NL means I barely get to see my furry friends from home. I miss them dearly and hope to be of help to anybody who needs an extra hand! I would love to spend my time getting to know more friendly, furry faces. I hope the animals will enjoy it as much as I do! I am currently on summer vacation but am doing an online internship. I will spend about a week more in NL until I go away on vacation. Once the academic year begins again in September, I will have to readjust my schedule. For now I am free as can be! I am unfortunately not allowed to bring pets into my current apartment. I can, however, happily make my way to your apartment after walks and bring the animal directly back home, into a crate if necessary.

Over: Ik zorg sinds mijn 10e al voor honden. Zelf hadden we een Vizla tot mijn 16e die ik vaak uitliet, eten (en soms ook medicatie) gaf en die ik af en toe moest wassen. (Al was het maar de poten schoon maken omdat het buiten regende). Ik heb ook ooit geholpen bij een nestje, denk aan het schoonhouden van het hok, de puppy's wegen en ze eten geven. Sinds ik in Maastricht studeer kan ik mijn andere twee honden (een Ridgeback en een Cocker spaniel) niet vaak meer zien en mis ik ze enorm! Graag wil ik weer op hondjes passen en hopelijk lukt dat met dit platform. Momenteel ben ik student dus mijn beschikbaarheid is all over the place. Ik blijf de meeste weekend in Maastricht en ben dan vrijdagmiddag tot zondagochtend wel beschikbaar. Ik zou ook vast een keer doordeweeks kunnen helpen maar die tijden hebben nog geen routine. Ik verzorg de huisdieren alsof het mijn eigen zijn, ik let goed op en laat ze lekker hun gang gaan. Voor aaitjes zijn ze altijd welkom en ik ben altijd bereid om ze te helpen waar nodig.
