Over: I got my first dog when I was 11, and since then I’ve always loved spending time with animals. I’ve gained experience in training and caring for both young and senior dogs, and I regularly look after my own dogs when I return to Italy. I truly enjoy keeping dogs company and making sure they feel safe and happy when their owners are away. Recently, I hosted a friend’s dog in my apartment in Maastricht for two months. She was a rescue and initially very shy and scared of people, but with patience and care she gradually opened up to me. This experience taught me a lot about working with more sensitive and anxious dogs. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, genders, and temperaments, and I always adapt my approach to each dog’s individual needs. I can’t wait to meet your best friend and give them the care and attention they deserve! 🐾 I am a student, so outside of my classes i have plenty of time to spend with your best friend! I am available both on weekdays and weekdays, depending on my class schedule. I have a fenced backyard where your dog will be able to play. My dogs live in Italy so I don’t have pets here in Maastricht but i will be happy to play, walk and cuddle with your pet anytime!

I used to have cat for 6 years, being volunteer for taking of cats and dogs in university campus when I was back in Turkey. I would love to be family to a cat or dog but I don't have space to provide that yet so that's the reason for me to want to be a petsitter. I’m doing my masters and having only 3 subjects so i have plenty of time which lets me to be flexible on my schedule for appointments. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow the owner’s routine closely — including feeding times, walks, medication (if needed), and play. I give plenty of companionship, ensure fresh water is always available, and maintain a tidy environment. I also respect the client’s home, leaving everything as I found it. Dogs are taken outside for regular walks, toilet breaks, and exercise, while cats or smaller pets have safe indoor spaces to explore. I keep the environment calm, clean, and pet-friendly, making sure there are no hazards.

During the stay we offer: • Daily walks of 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Over: I’ve raised a dog from birth to 16, giving me knowledge about every stage; puppy training, adult exercise need and also senior care. I’ve never lived without a dog and that helped me treating my dogs like my brothers/sisters and giving them their best life. I am currently a university student that gives me only two hours of classes per day. So my timetable is pretty empty and that would allow me to really concentrate on the pet care. In my home I would create a calm, pet friendly space with secure doors and windows. I will follow the owner’s feeding and walk schedule, giving a lot of playtime and cuddles. I will also send pictures to update so you always know how your dog is doing. In your home, I would obviously treat it with respect and keep the routine that the owner follows.
