Over: Ik heb twee (naakt) katten, die erg makkelijk zijn en met honden kunnen. Ervaring met honden ook, in alle maten. Ik heb alle tijd om een hond uit te laten deze zomer. Op dit moment ben ik hele dagen thuis, genoeg aandacht voor je huisdier en heb alle tijd om uw hond uit te laten hier in het bos en park. Ik ben helaas allergisch voor kattenhaar, vandaag de naaktkatten. Ik kan dus alleen naaktkatten ontvangen Ik woon in een appartement met een klein inpandig balkon, helaas geen lift. Dus de hond moet trappen naar 2 hoog kunnen lopen, of max 10 kilo wegen.

Recently, I adopted Maya, a sweet Spanish Galgo, and together we’re looking for new furry friends to share our love and companionship with! 🐾 Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or long walks, I’m dedicated to making every pet feel safe, happy, and loved as if they were my own. Weekends: 100% available Weekdays: Availability may vary depending on the month, but right now I’m fully available! I take my own Maya out 2/3 times a day, the evening walk are longer than the morning one. I provide a safe and caring environment for every pet: no chemicals or pesticides are used around the house, and all spaces are well-ventilated. There are plenty of shaded and cool areas for hot days, ensuring your pet is always comfortable and secure.

Over: Three years ago, I adopted a Dutch hound mix puppy named Riven and raised her until she was two and a half. I was fully involved training, feeding, playing, walking, even just being present and attuned to her needs every day. After my breakup, she moved away with my ex, but the bond I built with dogs has stayed strong. Before having my own, I also helped neighbors and friends with their pets whether it was walking, feeding, or keeping them company while they were away. I’m not a professional trainer but I love to maintain routines, I treat every dog with care, attention, and love like they’re part of my family. I’m currently not working, so I have full-time availability for dog walking, sitting, or simply spending time with your pup. I genuinely love being around dogs and communicating with them, they ground me, and bring me joy. Since I’ll be moving out of the Netherlands in a few months, it doesn’t make sense for me to get a dog right now, but I’d love to dedicate my time and energy to care for yours in the meantime. I don’t have a big house, so I wouldn’t recommend leaving your dog with me for long stays—but I’m happy to care for them in your home or do daytime visits. If they do stay with me, I’ll always respect your rules. If you’re okay with them relaxing on the sofa, that’s fine with me too. If not, I’ll make sure to keep clear structure and boundaries, just like you do at home. Over: Mijn hobby is mezelf verdiepen in diergedrag en het zo goed mogelijk inspelen op de behoeften van huisdieren. Zo test ik bij mijn eigen katten regelmatig nieuwe voerpuzzels en zorg ervoor dat ze voldoende (nieuwe) verstopplekjes hebben. Hondentraining heb ik altijd leuk gevonden. Niet alleen het basislijstje, zoals: zit, hier en volgen. Juist ook zoekspelletjes, apporteren en trucjes leren. Het verbetert de band met je hond en zorgt ervoor dat hij uitgedaagd wordt en blijft. Een tijd lang gaf ik hondentraining bij een vereniging, daar kwamen alle rassen en mixen voorbij. Daarnaast hebben we van huis uit veel opgepast en gewandeld met allerlei honden uit de buurt. Kennis van rassen en hun behoeften is dus ruim aanwezig :) Ik werk vanuit huis en heb de mogelijkheid dat flexibel in te delen. Dat geeft de mogelijkheid om bijvoorbeeld extra lang te wandelen met jouw hond of wat langer jouw kat gezelschap te houden. Een uitlaatronde kan worden aangevuld met training, het aanleren van trucjes, apporteren of zoekspelletjes. Wil je juist dat er langer gewandeld wordt met jouw hond? Dan kan dat natuurlijk ook :) In beperkte mate is oppas bij mij thuis mogelijk, mits jouw hond sociaal is met katten en de hond niet te groot is. Zoek je iemand die jouw kat(-ten) extra liefde en aandacht geeft? Ik heb er zelf 2 en heb de nodige oppaservaring. Iedere kat is anders en in overleg met jou bepalen we hoe we ze het beste kunnen verzorgen en vermaken wanneer jij er niet bent. Inzet van voerpuzzels, verstoppen van snoepjes, omwisselen van speeltjes. Ik denk graag met je mee.

Over: Sinds ik geboren ben heb ik altijd al dieren in huis gehad. De eerste 9 jaar alleen katten, en daarna ook nog honden. De kat die ik nu heb, hebben we al sinds hij een kittentje was. Dat geld hetzelfde voor mijn hond. Onze hond word vaak getraind. Ik werk momenteel parttime 2 dagen per week. Meestal de dinsdag en woensdag van 16:00-18:00. In september begin ik met mijn opleiding, waarbij ik fulltime ga werken. Ik ben dus tot september ma-zo beschikbaar! We hebben een redelijk grote tuin, met een hek er om heen. Ook is onze woonkamer redelijk groot wat betekent dat ze genoeg ruimte hebben om lekker te spelen. Mijn kat is opgegroeid met honden thuis, dus is er zeker niet bang voor. Onze hond wilt met iedereen spelen en knuffelen.

Over: We have always had dogs in the house. Ranging from German Shepards, mixed breed, Staffies, Pit Bulls etc. Since leaving home to study and then starting to work, I missed the company of dogs and started house sitting and looking after others’ pets. I moved to the UK from South Africa at the end of 2021, and then moved to the Netherlands in 2024. I have been missing my dogs that are back home (see Ella on my profile picture) so so much! I used to take them for daily walks and was really interested in stimulating them with various games and teaching them tricks (as Ella is a Pit Bull and needed this input). I am really hoping to get some doggy cuddles and love as I have been missing this a lot. I am trustworthy and will give my best to care for your pets and your home. I currently work from home and am therefore available to support numerous times, most days. I can cycle to a few areas in my vicinity so can most likely easily reach your home. I am happy to plan alongside you to see how best I can support your, and your pet’s needs. Ensuring the safety of the pet/s is top priority. I would need a thorough explanation of your set-up and the lock system/ accessibility. When outside the property the dog will always be on a leash.

Ze zijn wel met de hondjes naar het park geweest en naar een losloopweide. Verder was er een puppyren aanwezig zodat hun en mijn hondje even apart konden rusten. Ik zou haat zeker nog eens vragen als ik weer in de buurt ben.”

Over: (je parle aussi français, italiano, español kaj esperanto). I always loved dogs. I used to have one in my family growing up. Lately I've been dog sitting for friends when on holidays and here on rover, and I'm really loving it (and the dogs are loving it too😇!). I am very flexible time wise. I can walk your dog up to 4 times a day, and spend plentiful of time playing with them. I like to schedule a video chat or in person meeting before taking care of a new dog to now all the practicalities and see if we are a good fit. I have a fenced garden but for safety reasons I will keep your dog indoors when I'm not at home. I like playing a lot with dogs and making sure they are feeling happy and at home. I have parks (e.g. het park) to walk them close by.

Over: Vanuit mijn kindertijd ben ik altijd opgegroeid met dieren, konijnen, katten, gerbils, honden, vissen, vogels en meer. We hebben nu zelf weinig dieren meer, maar ik vind het nog heel leuk om regelmatig dieren over de vloer te hebben. We hebben nu enkel vogels in een kooi. Een van onze honden had een hernia, ik heb ook wat ervaring dus met honden met speciale behoeften of beperkingen. Verder ben ik een heel rustig persoon en zal ik zo ook dieren benaderen. Als ze van interactie houden zal ik dat ook opzoeken, maar als ik merk dat een dier simpelweg rust nodig heeft wil ik dat ook bieden. Deze zomer ben ik een aantal weken van huis, maar ook veel thuis, dus bericht mij zeker als je oppas zoekt voor de vakantietijd. Vanaf september werk ik vanuit huis veel aan mijn studie, en zal ik veel thuis zijn hiervoor. Ik ben dan alleen in de avond regelmatig een paar uur weg voor afspraken, maar ben altijd weer thuis voor 11 uur in de avond. Ik stem verzorging voor het dier af met het baasje, wat hun wensen en verwachtingen zijn. Thuis bij ons heb ik de mogelijkheid om honden uit te laten, eten aan te bieden of medicatie te geven. Bij iemand anders thuis, kan ik hetzelfde doen, dan moeten we alleen goed afstemmen of de reistijd redelijk is. Bij twijfel, stuur me gewoon een berichtje.

I will take them out for walks as often as required. And if they stay at my house for a long period of time, they may gain a little weight. I love to pamper them with food.

Over: Hi, Ik heb zelf geen hond, maar een kat. Wel een hele lieve! Ik ben graag buiten en ben goed met dieren im het algemeen. Honden heb ik altijd uitgelaten sinds dat ik jonger was en ik vind het nog steeds leuk om te doen! Ik heb gelopen met verschillende honden, van Chihuahua's tot Boxers. Ik vind het nier erg als de hond langer dan een uur moet lopen, of soms wat trekt. Hopelijk komen mijn beschikbare dagen goed voor u uit! Ik heb er zin in!
