I was ridiculously nervous about trying this service, but we did not have a choice as our niece was supposed to stay with our dog and cancelled about a week before our trip. First - the fact that he was available last minute was a miracle. Second - his price is beyond reasonable and I highly recommend tipping. Third - you get a cute gift bag with a few dog treats and a magnet with his information and a discount for the next stay. We were sent 3 videos a day which reassured me she was acclimating to them and the other dogs and I was able to enjoy my trip.
