Hello. :) My name is Zara, and I currently am getting my Ph.D in anthropology. My schedule is very flexible, and I can be home/walking your pet whenever you need it! I joined Rover to be a cat/dog-sitter/dog-walker in my spare time to stretch my legs with my favorite kinds of creatures. I've grown up with dogs and cats all of my life, and love all animals. I started cat and dog-sitting in high school for extra income, and have done it for the same clients ever since. I love playing with your pet, petting, bathing upon request, brushing, cuddling, walking, and even hiking! I have no problem giving your furry one medication if they need it, and am open to other pet needs as well. I can't wait to meet your pet and get some fresh air with them!

Zara is great with my dog and I would definitely book her again in the future!
Zara is fantastic! Popeye was cared for in a fun, safe, living environment. Zara was able to meet his specific needs (cuddling, playing, being interesting) and was able to interact with him throughout their time together (vice the hour or so he may see someone if we had sent him to a boarding facility or had someone drop in). She is responsive and forward-leaning with questions and we were about to relax on our trip and came home to a very tired cat. Popeye asked me to add that she's very interesting and needed to be followed everywhere, and sang to....a lot. Our cat is SUPER interactive, trusting, and friendly. It was immediately obvious she returned the same precocious cat we'd left with her. Zara is a perfect sitter for you if your pet has specific needs like live, attention, and companionship.
Zara was great with our 8 week old kitten . She sent us daily updates of our kitten and it was definitely shown that our kitten felt relaxed ! I will be using her again .
Zena kept me updated as to how my babies were doing. My babies seemed very happy to be with Zena. I just can't say enough good about her. I will use her again!
Zara was amazing with paul! She was very helpful and flexible with my schedule. She sent me pics and videos of Paul when she checked in on my dog. I will definitely use Zara again the future!
Zara was great with Brady, he's cautious about who he trusts but appeared to be very happy and loved during his stay. We had to book a last minute boarding and she was very flexible. She sent lots of pictures and updates. I ended up having to leave town immediately after we got back so we booked her for dog walking also. Again lots of cute pictures and took him on great walks. Would definitely recommend.

I work from home on my Ph.D. program so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pets! I am free any day of the week, any time. Let's book a visit. 😊

I have a two bedroom townhouse with an upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of room for your pets to play in and stretch. I also have an outside area with trees and a back patio with grass and dirt for them to go potty in. I will happily take them on walks several times a day and I can crate them if you prefer that when I'm away from home. I will be home most of the day each day I'm with your pet.

I love going on walks in the neighborhood, I love taking them to the local dog park if that is something you feel comfortable with, I enjoy playing with them in the house and chilling with them on the couch while watching TV. I'm totally fine with pets being on the furniture unless you would prefer for me to not allow that due to training. I also enjoy helping train pets if that's something you would appreciate. In addition to that, I have babysat several mature pets and I'm willing and able to service their medical needs. I have experience from administering medication to pets in addition to administering subcutaneous fluids from a drip bag.
