I’ve been around animals my whole life and have experience caring for both dogs and cats. I grew up with two dogs and later cared for two cats of my own, so I understand the patience, attention, and love pets need. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve also helped friends by caring for their pets in my home while they were away. I’m responsible, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making them feel safe and comfortable.

Im flexible so i can have pets over my place as well as the client place. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets can feel comfortable and cared for. Having been a pet owner myself, I understand how important trust and routine are. I pay close attention to each pet’s needs, follow instructions carefully, and make sure they feel secure, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
Ratings and reviews
I booked Zainab to start the booking between 2-3pm, but I didn't hear from her till I reached out for an ETA at 2:10, but i only got a vague response "I'll be there by 3pm". So I asked her to let me know when she's about 10 mins away so I don't end up waiting around for the rest of the hour. She arrived around 2:45 despite being a 6 min drive away. I would have liked more explicit communication. I had also left detailed instructions (as I do with every booking) and showed her where the proportioned dog food was on the kitchen counter, but when i got home, the food was still full and my dog was very hungry. I asked Zainab if she fed the dog, and she said she "poured out a good amount" instead of giving her the entire portion of dinner. Zainab did take my dog on the two walks I asked her to and sent me update pictures of my dog on the walk. Overall, I think communication needs improvement. For these reasons, I personally would not be booking again.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate quality time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m available on weekends and most weekdays for drop offs and walks, and I always make sure pets are fed, exercised, played with, and given lots of affection throughout the day.
