Zachary can care for
Availability
My availability is currently best for weekends, select weekdays, and planned bookings with advance notice. I’m offering walks, drop-ins, and selective house sitting while keeping my schedule realistic so I can provide reliable care. I prefer meet-and-greets before first bookings and do best with pet parents who provide clear routines, access instructions, and expectations.

About Zachary P.
Safety, trust & environment
I take safety and trust seriously. For walks, I pay close attention to leash handling, weather, heat, traffic, other dogs, and each pet’s comfort level. For house sitting or drop-ins, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep doors and gates secure, provide updates and photos, and make sure food, water, potty breaks, and comfort needs are handled consistently. I ask about bite history, reactivity, separation anxiety, medications, cameras, emergency contacts, and whether anyone else will enter the home during the booking. I may decline bookings that involve unsafe leash behavior, aggression, unmanaged reactivity, or care needs outside my experience.
Information Zachary P. would like to know about your pet
Before a booking, I like to know your pet’s normal routine, feeding schedule, potty schedule, walking preferences, medical needs, medications, triggers, fears, and any behavior concerns. Please let me know about reactivity, separation anxiety, bite history, resource guarding, escape attempts, leash pulling, or anything that helps me keep your pet safe and comfortable. I’m best matched with small and medium dogs, senior pets, cats, and pets who do well with calm, consistent care.
A typical day
A typical day depends on your pet’s routine, energy level, and comfort needs. I focus on calm, consistent care: fresh water, meals as instructed, potty breaks, walks when appropriate, playtime, rest, and clear photo updates. For dogs who enjoy activity, we can take relaxed neighborhood walks, explore new smells safely, and do simple games or enrichment. For senior or lower-energy pets, I’m happy to keep things slower, quieter, and routine-based.

Calm Care for Routine-Loving Pets
Pet care experience
I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs in my own home and for people close to me. I’m especially comfortable with dogs who do best with calm routines, clear instructions, slower walks, and consistent attention. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, water, potty breaks, comfort, weather, leash safety, and each pet’s personality. I’m a good fit for pet parents who want someone reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative. I prefer meet-and-greets before first bookings so I can understand the pet’s routine, triggers, medical needs, emergency contacts, and household expectations. I currently focus on small and medium dogs, senior pets, walks, drop-ins, and selective house sitting.
Reviews
Zach is the type of person that all dogs gather towards at a party. He does an amazing job at getting to know pups and spending quality time playing with them. I trust my own fur babies with him without question!
Zachary P. is a big fan of dogs. He learned to care for them while growing up with both a golden retriever and a long haired dachshund in the house. Zachary is very kindhearted. Dogs take to him easily and he to them. To this day dogs are a big part of his life. He is currently a responsible owner of 2 Boston Terriers.
Zachary always takes exceptional care of my Goldendoodle. From the moment we met, it was clear that he genuinely loves and understands dogs. He is reliable, attentive, and keeps me updated with photos and messages, which gives me great peace of mind while I'm away. My Goldendoodle is always excited to see Zachary and comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I appreciate the extra attention he gives to exercise, playtime, and making sure my dog feels comfortable and loved. I highly recommend Zachary to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring Rover Sitter or walker.
