Ratings and reviews
I had a very hectic booking due to moving right before my trip was starting and a flight delay on the way back, but Yvette was communicative and flexible throughout it all. My senior dog has some special health needs, but he and my apartment seemed well cared for while I was gone. Thank you again for taking care of Olaf, I would be happy to book again in the future! :)
Yvette did a great job! I had never used a sitter before and she was so helpful walking me through how everything worked. She sent lots of pictures and gave me updates throughout the day!
Communication was a little lacking. Our flight was at 6am so I asked if she could stay the night before so my dogs wouldn’t wake up to someone they didn’t really know. She said she couldn’t stay the night but would come in the morning, I texted before our flight (6am) saying the dogs needed breakfast since we left at 4am and I didn’t get a response until I messaged again after our flight at 1pm where she said she was on her way. I would’ve appreciated some communication if coming earlier was a problem (I wouldn’t have paid for the for the first night since she wasn’t there and would’ve had someone come earlier to feed my dogs and let them out.) I got pictures on most of the days I was gone. When I got home I could immediately smell pee and found that my dog had peed in her crate. Other than the pee, the house was as clean as it was when I left.
I’m working on a systematic desensitization of one of my dogs and she was so patient with her! I also accidentally sent her to the wrong address and she still came to hang out with my creatures lol
Yvette checked in on my two cats while I was away and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter to check in on their fur babies!
Yvette took excellent care of Bailey. He is 15 and not feeling his best; yet, she was there for him all the time she watched him while we were at a son’s wedding. Anyone who is looking for the best care for your pet, you can’t go wrong with Yvette.
