I’ve been around dogs for 16 years and have 7 years of experience with dog boarding and pet sitting. I also worked as a veterinary assistant for 2 years, where I gained experience with animal handling, basic health checks, cleaning and sanitation, and recognizing signs of stress or discomfort in pets. I also have a Pet CPR/First Aid certificate. I grew up with dogs and currently have my own golden retriever, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my daily life. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with energetic puppies, large breeds, senior dogs, and dogs that may be shy or anxious in new environments. I also have experience caring for senior dogs. I previously cared for a 12-year-old golden retriever, so I understand the extra patience, slower routines, and attention older dogs may need. I’ve also spent a lot of time learning about dog behavior and training, which helps me better understand different personalities and communication styles. I’m familiar with positive reinforcement, leash manners, crate routines, and slow introductions between dogs to help them feel comfortable and safe. I provide full-time pet care, so I’m home most of the day and able to give dogs lots of attention and supervision. I have a flexible schedule and can follow your dog’s normal routine closely, including feeding times, walks, playtime, medication routines if needed, and rest time. Dogs staying with me are rarely left alone for long periods. I have experience with walking, feeding, basic grooming, crate routines, and handling multiple dogs safely. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior, mood, appetite, and comfort to make sure they feel safe and relaxed while away from home. I always try to create a calm and low-stress environment for them. My home is clean, quiet, and dog-friendly. I mainly offer a free-roam environment so dogs can move around comfortably and feel more at home, but I can also provide crate care if that is part of their normal routine. I also have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and daily exercise. I’m very patient, gentle, and responsible with animals, and I understand how important trust is when leaving your dog with someone else. I treat every dog like my own and always do my best to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their stay.

When I met Yiwen, my Magnus took to her and her little one, Million, immediately. She had him the next day and he got a full day of play and rest and came home smiling. I am definitely using her again
I'm very thankful to have Yiwen as Kash's boarder. She was extremely responsive to messages and took the time to ask questions about Kash's needs and routines prior to booking. She also sent me pics and videos throughout the day to keep me updated. I could tell Kash felt cared for and made new friends in Million and Yiwen! Kash had lots of play time and came back a happy boy! I would definitely recommend Yiwen for your boarding needs.

I provide full-time pet care, so I am available throughout the day to give your dog consistent attention and supervision. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate boarding, daycare, and walks on both weekdays and weekends. Because I am home most of the time, your dog will not be left alone for long periods. I can follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and rest. I’m also available for last-minute bookings when needed.

However, I can also provide crate care if needed, depending on your dog’s habits and your preferences. I always follow the owner’s routine to make sure your pet feels secure and familiar. I carefully supervise all dogs and pay close attention to their behavior, mood, and energy levels. I make sure each dog gets the right balance of play, rest, and personal space. I am experienced in handling different personalities, from active and social dogs to more shy or sensitive ones. With years of experience in boarding and pet care, I understand how important trust is. I will treat your dog as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for at all times.

Ein typischer Tag
A typical day usually includes multiple walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, and lots of supervision and attention throughout the day. I try to follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and relaxed. For fun activities, I usually do neighborhood walks, backyard playtime, enrichment games, and supervised social time if the dogs are comfortable with each other. If the owner is comfortable with it and the dog enjoys social environments, I can also bring them to the dog park for extra exercise and interaction. My golden retriever Million is very friendly and often helps shy dogs feel more comfortable. I also make sure dogs have enough downtime and a calm environment to rest and settle in.
